Customer Services Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and organization individual to fill the position of Optical Customer Service Representative 


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist customers regarding technical questions, job orders, tracking and Rx information 

  • Taking Rx orders, providing information about products 

  • Connecting customers to necessary departments regarding jobs

  • Monitor the progress of jobs via lab management system and provide up-to-date information as required

  • Issue redos/changes to Rx based on doctors/lab requests


  • Experience in an customer service environment

  • Optical experience highly preferred

  • Ability to learn new processes and product information quickly to provide when required to customers

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment in both a team and self directed atmosphere.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

  • High proficiency in English
