With its highly advanced, state-of-the-art AR "Stack" design, JunSui-Pure® Super-Oleophobic AR is the breakthrough coating that successfully melds more anti-static, anti-reflective and durability layers; a new "Grip" coating to prevent slippage during edging; and an additional "Seiko-approved" hardcoat for extra density and adhesion.

The net result of this Japanese/European technology is clearer vision through the superior repelling of statically-charged dust and dirt particles, water, oils, and other visual impediments, such as greasy fingerprints.

Junsui-AR®, Oleophobic coating shares all the same anti-reflective and anti-static properties as our premium, Junsui-Pure. The only significant differences are the Oleophobic topcoat, which provides a slightly lower degree of slipperiness... and its lower price point.

Using similar technologies, Plastic Plus is also producing quality "house-brand" PP-AR coatings. While we do recommend JunSui-Pure for our Seiko Free-form lenses, Plastic Plus coatings offer excellent, value-priced options for all others.
